Aon Consulting Worldwide announced that Debi Heck has joined its Health & Benefits practice as a national expert on wellness and population health management. She is based in the Houston office.
Heck brings 18 years of industry experience to Aon Consulting. In her new position, Heck is responsible for large market clients in the areas of integrated program strategy and design, market analysis, vendor selection, program implementation and evaluation, and vendor reporting.
Heck joins Aon Consulting from Matria Healthcare where she served as vice president of wellness. At Matria she formulated strategic health management plans and program designs, and monitored program engagement and effectiveness, which led to improved population health outcomes for clients.
Previous to Matria, Heck was director of wellness for St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital in Houston, where she was responsible for the internal employee wellness program, the corporate wellness and biometric profit center, and the management of a health promotion grant for the underserved of Houston.
