My concern would be how is the patient to control their pain? Is pain management and other methods being employed in place of the opioids? The goal is to get a worker back to work but not at the expense of being a human being. It has become increasingly obvious that some of the formularies do not take the well being of the patient into consideration and try to employ cookie cutter relief instead.
