Triad Guaranty Insurance Corporation, a subsidiary of North Carolina-based Triad Guaranty Inc., has unveiled eU Xpress(SM), an electronic contract underwriting submission and approval system.
The new tool is part of Triad’s TAXI(SM) (Transactions Across the Internet) online system. Through eU Xpress, users will be able to electronically submit loans through one data entry source and then receive contract underwriting decisions within minutes.
The new system works with any loan origination system (LOS) that can export a DU 2.0 or 3.0 file format. Its features include complete electronic presentation of automated underwriting results and mortgage insurance commitment, access to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac AU systems and acceptance in the marketplace with industry-familiar screens.
