    One would think that the article would explain just what that technology was, and perhaps a picture or two, or three. And why the codes would not be being updated to meet this standard so no home in Florida was built unless it was built to these standards.

    Also knowing how much cost this added to a current price would have been good. And how about the cost of retrofitting a home? That would have been nice.

    Sounds like the way we build houses in the Keys and have for many years, but I agree with the previous comment about costs and what specifically they\’re doing that\’s better and why haven\’t they built one in the Keys as supposedly we\’re the most likely to be hit–at least our windstorm rates say that.
