Robert “Bobby” Perkins has been named director of licensing for the Mississippi Insurance Department. Perkins follows Bea Smith, who retired from the Department last December, after 35 years of service.
In 1003, Perkins became a special assistant Attorney General Representing the Insurance Department. In 2005, he was named attorney senior.
