So Florida didn’t have a law allowing companies to have waivers. Does that mean they HAD a law that you couldn’t have people sign waivers? If there were no laws either way, then you should be able to have people sign waivers. Seems like Florida needs to get rid of their supreme court. Eventually everything will have a law. Hey is peeing in the toilet a law in Florida? If not, then stop peeing in the toilet or I’m going to sue you all the way up to the Florda Supreme Court as there is no law saying you can do that!!! I hope some lawyer takes that to court.
Florida law allows peeing in toilets, but only if you are sitting down. Otherwise all peeing must be in upright position. This law was put into place in election year 2008 so that the politicians could piss all over the insurance market!
