Proving once again the government doesn’t want to increase access to healthcare, only to have control over it.

You’re crazy if you call this “healthcare” or calling them healthcare providers. It’s just another case of crooks shielding themselves illegally under the “Christian” banner. And I’ll bet that none of them Kentuckians smoked or drank.

Baloney. The government is enforcing the laws of Kentucky. If Kentuckians don’t like it, they can change the law.

Who needs regulation at all? Right? Let crooks sell something that may or may not be health insurance. Who will you come crying to when it turns out that you have no coverage and they have your money?

I don’t understand why they don’t just pray. I mean, does prayer work or doesn’t it?

Joe Blowhard and company, yes prayer does work but God’s ways are not ours.
As for crying when there is no coverage, this plan gave more coverage than your mainline health insurance companies. And without waiting! I have a claim into my health insurance and have been waiting for over two months to see if they are going to pay it.

This plan has helped many and it is a shame that the government needs to cause people to go without coverage.

This plan helped many? It’s 800 persons out of a population of 4,369,356.

Sandman just likes to be contrarian.

Since when did the KY DOI have a right to exercise authority over a private company NOT offering health insurance? Unless Medi share specifically stated they offered health insurance (they don’t), the court should have thrown this out as frivolous. Let’s not forget Anthem has a large office in KY and politicians (ie judges) are not as unbiased as one would like to believe. This simply proves (yet again) that government infringes on any person’s liberty and choices therefrom…even in the name of “protecting” civilians.
