Federal Judge Criticizes But Upholds Mississippi Damages Cap

    This whole case seems backwards. The Federal Judge erred when he allowed the Ms. attorney General Status in this case. The origin of this case wat at the point o initial injury which was in a Federal Jurisdiction. The Sears case was State Jurisdiction. The Cap Law is not valid and applicable in this case at all. If I were the Attorney for the plaintiff I would certainly appeal this case.
