How could anyone have a concern for a golf cart being a hazard on the city streets when bicycles are already permitted. A golf cart can be required to have seat blts, turn signals, stop lights and a horn. To reduce pollution they could be limited to the electric variety. If residents can only operate them within a given city, shoppers will be prone to spend their money at local stores in order to take advantage of the golf cart allowance close to home.

how is this paid for by the City or do you charge the riders,

Who pays the driver and the insurance or is it individual owner, how does it cover it’s expense?
