What a dumb@ss this woman is.

    As proven by the videotape.

Maybe she was auditioning for the V8 commercial? “Wow, I could have kept my job if I didn’t hit myself like this”??

You got this all wrong buddy, she wasn’t auditioning for the V8 commercial. During her free time she is an UFC fighter so she was just practicing for her upcoming fight.

She should have just claimed a back injury from reaching for the sprinkler head that fell 4 feet away. That might have been compensable.

It took her all of 10 seconds to decide to go that route. Great instincts…

that really made my Monday morning – Only in FLA -Worlds worst employee caught on film. In jail she probably won’t need help with getting head injuries.

This woman doesn’t need to be in the workforce. She can join the other 94.5 million and get those benefits rolling.

No details are available of the documents submitted by Insured pertaining to the claim lodged. The injuries stated to have caused to their employee during the course of her employment creating Employers’ Liability under the Workmen’s compensation insurance, might have been certified by the medical officer. I wonder whether a medical report was issued by some Registered Medical Practitioner.
