In real words, what Quackamendi said is “We couldn’t risk the chance of being beat again in court and knowing our chances were slim to none to win, we felt it better to save face and try to spin the results our way.”

I still don’t understand why people our putting up with this idiot. Where is the public and legislative outcry over the ineptitude of this commissioner? Oh, wait a minute, he’s a Democrat, ah, that explains it.

Ralph Nader, radical liberal attorney, and opportunist radical liberal attorney Harvey Rosenfeld screwed up the DOI through the drafting and passage of Prop 103. We need a repeal of at least the portion that makes the DOI commisioners post a partisan political one. It should be an administratve post period, approved by the Governor. With partisan politics playing games it has already been shown by the last two “Quacks” that higher political aspirations are the driving force behind their motives.

It’s time to stop the madness!!!!!

WC Man, you were doing real good with yout ‘take’, until you queered it with the Democrat remark. However, for you information, there are those Democrats who heartily disagree with “Quackamendi” and his tactics.

Well, if there are democrats out there who disagree with Quackamendi, they may be doing it under there breath cause you certainly don’t hear about it in normal channels. Nor does the media report any of this findings as well. The sooner we get this worthless excuse of a regulator out of office, the better the climate will be for all of California Insurance and for the people as well.
