Richard W. Milne Jr., chairman of Milne Scali & Company, a subsidiary of BNC National Bank and its parent company BNCCORP, Inc. and Bob Finkbeiner, principal of the Finkbeiner Agency of Prescott Valley, Arizona, announced the asset acquisition of the Finkbeiner Agency by Milne Scali & Company. The transaction was effective June 30, 2004.
Bob Finkbeiner started the Finkbeiner Agency in 1989. It is a commercial and retail property, casualty and employee benefits insurance agency and serves clients throughout the Verde Valley and the greater Phoenix area. Finkbeiner will serve as vice president for this new office of Milne Scali & Company, and he, along with his existing staff, will continue to operate the agency at the same location as the Prescott Valley branch of Milne Scali & Company. The existing Milne Scali office in Cottonwood will continue to serve the Verde Valley market.
Milne noted that, “Bob and the Finkbeiner Agency team share our Company’s commitment to middle and small market business insurance needs. Their addition represents our strategy for continued growth in the Arizona market. Bob and his team now have significantly greater resources available for responding to the insurance needs of their clients. We are pleased to welcome this dedicated team to our operations.”
