American Driving Records (ADR), a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Advantage Corporation and Fiserv FSC Inc. announced the launch of a new software interface that will allow California and Arizona insurance agents to order a motor vehicle report and import the resulting information directly into Fiserv FSC’s popular insurance rating software, FSC Rater.

The new interface was developed by ADR to improve insurance rating accuracy and agency efficiency by using real-time driving record data and eliminating manual entry by insurance agents.

“What makes this interface truly unique is that now an agent can conveniently request and receive driving record information from within the FSC comparative rating application,” said Robert Meyerson, president of Fiserv FSC Inc. “Agents will no longer have to open a separate program, order an MVR, and then rekey any data provided on accidents and violations into our system to obtain an accurate rate.”

“Because of our mutual commitment to improving rating efficiency and accuracy, FSC’s comparative rater and our online motor vehicle reports and ZapAppĀ® products have dominated the personal auto insurance point of sale for years,” said Paul Areida, president of ADR. “The new MVR bridge with FSC is proof that we remain committed to providing quality tools to assist our customers.”
