Aloha Insurance of Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, welcomes back flood expert Judy Moa, who recently returned from three months in Houston adjusting FEMA claims after Hurricane Ike. She was also involved in adjusting some of the Oahu and Kauai flood claims. Moa has anextensive flood insurance background.
