WKF&C Agency of California, based in Sacramento, is now offering a new, comprehensive habitational package policy.
Thomas J. Kennedy, president & CEO of WKF&C Agency, Inc. said the firm is expanding its product offerings in the Western states and provides wholesale broker clients with “a true package policy that is competitively priced for their habitational risks.”
The policy is offer through a non-admitted carrier, rated “A-” VIII by A.M. Best. The policy, written on an ISO form, offers up to $10 million in property limits, $500,000 for general liability and a $2,500 minimum premium. Sample classes are apartments – including incidental mercantile, condominiums, and mixed habitational. Additionally, the product is available in other states including AZ, NV, ID, NM, OR, WA, UT and AK.
