The argument of including sales tax has been around since I joined the industry in 1970. It’s hard to believe that the mental masturbation on a relatively simple issue continues 40 years later. We really haven’t progressed much as a society when we can’t put a simple issue to rest.
Not only is it the sales tax they renig on but line items are also eliminated in theft claims. Then the mental midgets in claims make fraudulent substitutions in their inventory recaps of items that were never on the lists. But of course they did check it with spellcheck.
