There seems to be a lot of bail bond companies trying to get away with illegal practices. Some of the larger agencies laugh at the California Department of Insurance because they know they are so understaffed. I know one business that has been raided several times, but yet still remain in operation because they play a shell game with their records. Hopefully they get caught and we can rid ourselves of the scourge.
