Is texting while driving a felony, now? I know states have and continue to pose fines for texting while driving but, a felony?That would mean it’s right up there with DWI. So, if it is- and I didn’t know that it was- wouldn’t this be a strong disincentive for people to stop? I’d really like to know more about this. I’m going to google it. Then, I’m going to put a kill switch on my daughter’s I Phone once she starts her engine!
