Are they going to have to register their vehicles, pay insurance premiums, go to jail if they commit a crime, or claim they are illegal and be deported. Really, what is their status? If am very curious.
Not sure how you avoid fraud in issuing licenses to those who aren’t citizens. Of course they aren’t going to have documentation that legal residents have-ie SS Card or birth certificate.
So what stops a criminal-legal resident or not from comng to Nevada, giving a false name and address and creating a new identity for him/herself?
This was an absolute terrible law that was passed. Why is it legal to be illegal in Nevada, or any other state for that matter?? Why is this country determined to destroy itself?? Thanks Mr. Obama!!
Since the individuals are here illegally, does the Nevada law (or any other stae law) make any effort to assist in identifying these illegal aliens to the Federal Government? I am not familiar with the elements of these laws but I would think there should be SOME sharing of information. If the individuals are seeking a driver’s card, they are looking for some establishment of privileges.

I doubt the driver card can be used for identification purposes.
Bet the people at WalMart would not know the difference.
