Shireen delivers innovative client onboarding, professional services and client success programs to Insurance Quantified clients. She and her team ensure client success through quick onboarding, enabling clients to adapt to new market conditions while driving insights for underwriter decision making. Shireen is passionate about customer success and leveraging technology and talent programs to drive innovative service solutions. Prior to Insurance Quantified, Shireen held various leadership positions over a 14-year career at Bloomberg LP, most recently as Managing Director, Global Client Success at IHS Markit (formerly Ipreo). Jody focuses on organizational design and effectiveness, workforce planning, compensation, and talent management strategies for TSIQ. Having been part of executive teams leading three IPOs, Jody Tracey’s passion is building high performing technology businesses. Prior to TSIQ, Jody served as Head of HR for similar high growth companies including IPC Information Systems, IntraLinks, and FX Alliance. She has also worked at GTE and Thomson Reuters after these companies acquired IPC Information Systems and FX Alliance, respectively. Jody holds an MBA from Pace University and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She teaches as an adjunct assistant professor at Columbia University.
