    I think Jim Owen did a very credible job in analyizing the Transit situation…as best one could do from the outside. However, what was not addressed was the absolute thievery that occurred after the dissolution of the company. The amount of money that was paid to “consultants”; judges, and other “experts” was unconsionable…money that should have gone to claimants…had it been so, the percent collected would have approached 100%…so much for a “bankrupt” company!
