Mr. Leroy Brungardt is an arrogant and smug bureaucrat with little regard of pragmatism or real resolve. A brief visit with Mr. Brungardt validated everything I’ve ever heard about state employeed who casually or smugly impose their “seat of power” without regard to resolve, practicality, or consideration to the hard working Kansans who assist with his compensatory blessings. Translation: what an arrogant jerk! Commissioner Praeger might want to revist any reason for wasting Kansas tax dollars to employ a total twerp like Leroy!
