It would be nice to know the specifics of the endorsement … such as, there is no coverage if Federal Agents assist or are part of the raid, which in all cases they are. The state enforcement agancies can’t act by themselves since it would go against the state law, and have to include the Federal Bureaus (DEA, FBI, ATF) in order for it to be a legitimate raid. The coverage is a sham and the Insurance Journal should do some background checking before publishing false information.
