A Waterloo, Iowa, insurance agent convicted of fraud has been handed a 15-year prison sentence for bilking elderly clients out of at least $1 million. In sentencing Jack Straw on Sept. 22, U.S. District Judge Linda Reade opted to go beyond the maximum recommended sentence of eight to 10 years.
