Employment Practices Liability

Nuts & Bolts: Travelers Bond has a new Employment Practices Liability PLUS+® Policy that offers enhanced coverage as well as access to Risk Management PLUS+ Online(SM), an employment practices loss control program delivered via the Internet. The new policy provides coverage for a broad range of employment related wrongful acts, relaxed settlement provisions, expanded claims triggers and a wide range of covered damages and includes several extensions to covered damages under the policy. Covers damages measured by the value of employee benefits, including stock options. Liquidated damages awarded under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and the Equal Pay Act are also covered in the new Travelers policy. Coverage is included for additional employment claims including workplace harassment, violation of the Family Medical Leave Act and failure to enforce workplace policies and procedures. Other coverage expansions apply as well.
