Nuts & Bolts: Philadelphia Insurance Companies is offering a Flexi-Five non-profit D&O policy that provides traditional D&O coverage along with: workplace violence coverage, Internet liability coverage, employment practices liability and fiduciary liability. The policy also includes optional duty to defend flexibility along with providing defense in addition to the limit of liability. Separate limits are available for EPL. Loss includes punitive damage (where insurable). The policy also includes free loss control assistance with one of the nation’s leading law firms.
Dollars: Limits up to $20,000,000 are available. Options include zero retentions and unlimited tail coverage. Minimum premium is $750 for a $1,000,000 limit.
States Available: The program will be offered nationwide (except Louisiana) to all licensed brokers.
