Primary target is franchise properties over 100 units and under 25 years old. Program will consider non-franchise properties if it can be demonstrated to be performed. Older franchised properties are eligible upon completion of a “renovation questionnaire” that clearly demonstrates that the property has been brought up to code and meets NFPA and ADA.
Dollars: Policy limits – Property: no limit/GK $1,000,000/$2,000,000. Minimum premiums: Appointed/$15,000, Brokerage/$25,000 per policy.
Carrier: Both admitted and non-admitted. Rated “A+ IX to A++XV.”
States Available: All states except Hawaii, Delaware.
