In some instances, i.e. apartments with five or more units, vacant land, property in brush areas or hillsides will need to be referred to the company. Self-insured retention (SIR) is 1,000 for both programs.
Dollars: Offers limits from $500,000-$2M and is available in AK, CA, GA, NV & TX. Underlying limits required are $100/300/$50 on auto;$300,000 CSL on home or CPL;watercraft is $300,000 CSL & $500,000 CSL on rental units.Commission is 10% on both new & renewal bus
Carrier: Rated ‘A’ (Excellent).
States Available: The second program is available in more states including: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming. Limits on this program are higher – $1,000, 000 to $5,000. Required underlying limits are the same – $100/300/$50 on auto; $300,000 CSL on home or CPL; watercraft is $300,000 CSL and $500,000 CSL on rental units. Commission is 10 percent on both new and renewal business.
