Nuts & Bolts: Superior Access Insurance Services Inc. is offering a package and commercial auto program featuring a replacement cost with optional ACV, no coinsurance and property value guard automatic increases. Building coverage includes all buildings, completed additions and maintenance equipment, fences, other structures, outdoor fixtures and furniture, outdoor radio and television antennas, satellite dishes used as antennas, lead in wiring, masts and towers. Additionally, business personal property includes coverage within 1,000 feet of premises, contractor’s tools and equipment, animals held as stock and equipment breakdown. Coverage in addition to the limits of liability include accounts receivable, building glass, a $10,000 catastrophe allowance, counterfeit currency and money orders up to $25,000, valuable papers, sewer backup and fine arts. Available liability options include, hired and non-owned auto, liquor liability, rental car damage, increased tenant legal liability and more. Commercial auto may be eligible depending on class.

Dollars: $500 deductible with options for $1,000, $2,500, $5,000, $10,000 or $25,000. CGL included for most classes, personal injury and advertising injury with $1 million each occurrence, $2 million aggregate available. Aggregate applies per location. $300,000 tenant legal liability. $10,000 medical payment per person. Actual loss of earnings reimbursement up to $500 a day, minimum policy premium is $500 for annual term.

Carriers: Rated “A+ XV,” admitted.
