Nuts and Bolts: Prime Insurance Syndicate (Prime) announced two new insurance coverage packages—a Special Events Liability package and a Liquor Liability package—both of which are tailored to the specific market needs of promoters of recreational, competitive and other events, and owners of restaurants, bars and taverns. Prime’s Special Events Liability package provides coverage for spectators, guests and patrons of special events lasting from a few minutes to several days.
Dollars: Premiums are based on the limits, territory, state, class code, surcharges, claims and history. Deductibles range from $1,000 to $50,000. Limits for liability can be from $100,000 CSL to $500,000/$1 million with per person sublimits ranging from $25,000 to $100,000.
Carrier: Prime Insurance Syndicates Inc., admitted
States Available: All except Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Maine, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, Virginia and Vermont. They write on a non-admitted basis in all other states.
