Nuts & Bolts: Canon Insurance Service announced its new, expanded Habitational program. This facility has increased both their in-house and total available property capacity. Additionally, they are now able to offer greater price flexibility on both property and liability. Aggressive credits are available for both higher deductibles and the purchase of Canon’s Tenant Discrimination coverage.
Dollars: Policy limits include an in-house property capacity of $4 million and an available property capacity of $12 million. Deductibles start at $2,500 and the minimum premium is $2,500.
