Swett & Crawford and its Homeowners Production Unit have negotiated terms with a carrier rated “A XV” by A.M. Best to provide HO3-type insurance coverage. Terms available on both new and renewal business with this carrier. Swett & Crawford expects to provide new business terms that will be more aggressive than those provided the past two years, although the underwriting approach will be similar to what has been used over the last seven years.
Dollars: 
Two programs are available, one with limits from $100,000 to $500,000 and another with limits starting at $500,000 to anything.
Carrier:
Homeland Ins. Co. of New York rated “A XV” by A.M. Best, nonadmitted.
States Available:
Arizona, California and Nevada.
