Texas Construction Trust has a workers’ compensation self-insurance trust for subcontractors throughout Texas. This trust allows members to own the workers’ comp insurance program and govern it by an elected board of trustees. It is managed by an experienced third party administrator with over 25 years in managing group self insured funds and audited by an independent firm.
Dollars:
Statutory limits apply to the workers’ comp; EL is $1 million. There are specific, aggregate and excess deductibles available. Minimum premiums are $20,000.

Midwest Employers Casualty Co. rated “A14,” admitted.
