Builders and Tradesmen’s Insurance Services launched a national Course of Construction/Builders Risk program in the following states: California, Arizona, Oregon, New Mexico, Idaho, Utah, and Washington. The program can be accessed at www.cocins.com. The program will pay 12.5 percent commission, which is 2.5 percent higher than one of the leading national builders risk programs.
Dollars:
Deductibles are $1,000, $2,500, $5,000 or $10,000. Minimum premiums for protection class 1-7 is $250, and $325 for protection class 9-10. Limits go up to $2.5 million.

States Available:
Nevada California, Arizona, Oregon, New Mexico, Idaho, Utah, and Washington. Expanding to Colorado, Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, Illinois and Georgia. By the end of the year Virginia, North Carolina, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Missouri and South Carolina will also be available.
