Real Estate Professional Liability
Nuts & Bolts: Victor O. Schinnerer & Co., announces two upgrades to its real estate errors and omissions policy endorsements. These upgrades are to its discrimination endorsement and to its environmental hazards endorsement. Both enhancements are included in the standard policy. The discrimination endorsement includes a sub-limit of up to $100,000. This is an increase from $25,000 in most states, for no additional premium. The environmental hazards endorsement is included up to policy limits at no additional charge. A 10 percent additional premium was charged previously. Schinnerer is filing the updates in all states. As states approve the upgrades, they will be posted on at www.PlanetRealtyChoice.com. Dollars: Up to $1 million.

International D&O Liability
Nuts & Bolts: The AIG Companies introduced AIG Passport, an enhanced service process for corporate clients purchasing locally admitted directors and officers’ liability insurance to cover their international operations and subsidiaries. AIG Passport provides customers with a letter that details terms and conditions of the base D&O policy and one or more locally admitted policies, written in the local language and compliant with specific local laws and regulations. AIG Passport is available for international operations and subsidiaries in more than 75 countries and jurisdictions.

Dollars: Limits up to $50 million; each account underwritten according to its unique risk profile.

Utility District Program
