Breach of confidence, or violation/infringement of any rights to privacy. Infringement of intellectual property rights, dress, cyber squatting, moral rights violations or any act of passing-off defamation. Negligent transmission of a computer virus, worm, logic bomb or Trojan horse is also covered.
