Nuts & Bolts: Apogee Insurance Group is offering coverage for ambulatory surgery centers and entity coverage for the following facilities: orthopedics, cosmetic surgery, gynecology, oral surgery, urology, general surgery and others. Medispa procedures covered include injectibles such as Botox, as well as chemical peels, microdermabrasion and others. Bodily injury coverage includes physical injury, sickness, disease, mental anguish or emotional distress. Innocent principal coverage available. Professional incident definition broadened to include persons acting under control, directions or supervision of an insured. Coverage for medical director can be included. Medical malpractice for doctors not available.
