Residential Flood

With no elevation certificate requirement and no waiting period, Prospect General’s residential flood product is simple and provides coverage quickly. Coverage is written by Palomar Specialty Insurance Co. Flood Guard key features also include: dwelling limits up to $5 million; personal property up to $1 million; and loss of use up to $50,000. Coverage can be issued without payment (mortgagee – bill only); Department of insurance (DOI) admitted product (not affiliated with NFIP).
