The Independent Insurance Agents of America has made an addition to its online neighborhood of agency-enhancement tools with Big “I” Certs, a web-based, cost-cutting solution that electronically stores and delivers certificates of insurance. Big “I” Certs use Internet technology to make issuing certificates a quick, easy and less costly process for independent agents. The program is available to IIAA members at an exclusive rate, including a reduction in CertificatesNow.com’s annual subscription fee from $250 to $150, plus a 5 percent discount on the per-certificate delivery charge.
