Travelers Insurance is hoping to help agents improve automation capabilities through a special arrangement with Dell Computer Corp. Travelers agents are now eligible for special savings on the latest computer systems from Dell, which can be purchased through the Travelers Agent PC Store via a link through the Travelers “Agent Services” website or through the Premier Pages website Dell created for Travelers.
The Dell Premier Pages service offers customized, password-protected extranet sites that provide one point of contact for all customer needs throughout the product procurement and support process.
