Summit Global Partners has raised $17.5 million in equity capital, led by Securitas Capital and including Austin Ventures and Mellon Ventures. This latest round of financing brings Summit Global Partners’ total raised capital to $56.5 million. In the five and a half years since its inception, SGP has expanded into 16 markets and has grown to become one of the 25 largest insurance brokerage, risk management and employee benefit consulting firms in the United States.
