Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner Diane Koken announced that the State’s Commonwealth Court granted the Department’s petition to place PHICO Insurance Company of Mechanicsburg under rehabilitation. Koken said that the dramatic decrease imperiled the company’s assets, and required immediate action.
