The Independ-ent Insurance Agents of Oklahoma will hold its CIC Commercial Casualty Institute May 18-21, 2005, at the Hilton Southern Hills, 7902 South Lewis Avenue, in Tulsa.
IIAOK notes that commercial producers with the CIC designation earn 26 per-cent more money and write substantially more business than their non-CIC counterparts.
Participants will study the unique aspects of garage coverages and also review current ISO changes and major endorsements for Garage Coverage form.
Topics include: essentials of legal liability; commercial general liability; business automobile coverages; workers compensation; excess liability/commercial umbrella coverages; and garage insurance. Classes will by taught by Wesley W. Bailey, Waco, Texas; John F. Kitson, Franklin, Tenn.; and Daniel L. Myers, Maxwell, Ind.
Attendance at this institute qualifies for 16 hours of continuing education credit (including two hours ethics, one hour health care reform, and one hour long-term care) in Oklahoma. Attendees may also earn CE credits that apply to other education programs, including CISR, CPCU, CFP, CLU/ChFC, CPSR, and ACSR.
