It sure is funny how Allstate will try to get more money than they even paid out to the people that might have filed false claims. What about those who are really injured. I dont see allstate paying more to them for their pain and suffering. In fact they try to lowball them and give very little money to them. I feel they need to get their priorties straight. Start giveing more to those who deserve it and maybe the fake claims will stop. Think about it. Allstate is only in the buisness to make money not pay those who truly deserve it.
Allstate submitted my home robbery claim to SIU after keeping it for 5 months in the adjusters office. This was our second robbery in 3 years. Allstate’s problem is that I am claiming some of the same items from the first robbery. Well geesh was I not suppose to replace the exact items that was stolen?

I was injured while on a bicycle when hit by a Allstate Driver..
I just lost a jury verdit and had to represent myself after my last lawyer who I am currently filing a misrepresentation lawsuit against told my that Insurance Companies Rule the World..
I was limited by the Judge and Allstate Lawyers not to mention insurance companies and The Person who severley injured me stood behind Enterprise Rent a Car as she was in a Rental at the time.
She was self-insured by Allstate insurance
The police report emergency and fire department reports were all withheld from the jury.
As were 25K plus in doctors bills and future injuries were not discussed \”Since I am not a expert\”
I am a broken man and broke finacilly so then I was not able to bring Medical experts to the trial. I have the medical reports but not submitted correctly.
After several motions and several lawyers that were interested in getting involved before this trial and with \”Good Cause\” the Alemeda County Courts in California DENIED all motions…No Justice and I had to represent myself..Lay Person..
This case was in the IN PROPER juristiction to begin with as the accident happened in a different County and was filed in another by Lawyer who bailed and in there first cause of action stated I was in a Veihicle when I was in fact on a Bicycle..
This case was a mess from the first lawyer to the next It went to arbitration and there was an award which was denied.
I ended up representing myself in a Jury trial…and yesterday lost.
I had 3 lawyer interested and ready to represent me.. Motions filed…DENIED.
It\’s insane that ALLSTATE was able to get away with this..
I\’m losing my mind not to mention my health from permanent injuries.
I recovered nothing but debt and misery. What to do?
You get hit by a car on the sidewalk by someone who is in a Enterprise REnt a CAr.
The person is covered by ALLSTATE insurance and ENterprise says they have nothing to do with it…
I get 4 years of coorespondance from ALLSTATE regarding the fact that they are investigating my claim at 50% liability.
Then you finally get to court and ALL STATE hides behind Enterprise Rent a Car and the Person Driving on the sidewalk causing injuries…to me..
Not to mention their hired medical experts who see you for 10 minutes and write a 10 page report about how theres nothing wrong with me.
My doctors are saying I need a hip replacement and I 38 years old..
ALL STATE is Fraud and so are there medical experts. I have more evidence about this fraud and how it connects to others in THE GAME as they call it..

I read a great book about this called \”Insult to Injury\” It opened my eyes to what there doing and I have decided to dedicate my life to take them down..
I was involved in a no police report accident in which the Allstate SIU investigator David Earl Weber has not only prolonged my suffering but also verbally abused me. There has to be some way of curbing this abusive behavior. Legislation needs to be drafted to address these tactics that are devised specifically to deny claims.
