Tara Bacon Named John Burnham Insurance Services’ Employee of the Year

Tara Bacon was awarded the “Spirit of Burnham Award” by John Burnham Insurance Services for her outstanding performance over the past six years as an account manager in the surety bond department. The award honors Burnham Insurance’s employee of the year.

Bacon has made a notable difference in the workplace through dedicated service, leadership, an excellent attitude and volunteer efforts. Bacon is responsible for the servicing and management of Burnham’s construction and developer surety client business.

“Tara has been an exceptional and committed employee from the first day she started,” said Brad Orr, president of John Burnham Insurance Services. “This is reflected time and time again in the perception of her co-workers and clients who appreciate and rely upon her efforts.

Bacon is also a two-time winner of John Burnham Insurance Services’ Quality in Service Award, of which nominations are made by co-workers.
