Four employees of the Harry W. Gorst Co., in Glendale, Calif. passed the 20-year mark this year. Their loyalty was rewarded with a dinner at Bistro Gardens where the management team thanked them and presented them with special gifts.
Among the employees honored were:
• Azy Williams, head of the claims department, with the firm since 1981.
• Roubina Torosyan, underwriting assistant, with the firm since 1982.
• Kathy Gravesen, records lead, with Gorst since 1981.
And finally, after 26 years at the Gorst Co., Michael Heagerty, president and CEO announced his decision to continue with the firm for at least another 26 years.
Jennifer Heagerty-Clark announced that they would continue to reward those employees with 20 or more years every five years. The next celebration and award dinner is scheduled for 2007 and even more employees will be honored at that time.
