AMS Holding Group, a provider of software and information services to the property and casualty industry, announced the promotion of Euan C. Menzies to the position of chief executive officer.
Menzies is president and COO of AMS Holding Group, and has been the acting CEO since Feb. 21, 2001. He also is CEO of Allenbrook, one of four business units that comprise AMS Holding Group.
Prior to joining AMS Holding Group in September 2000, Menzies was chairman and CEO of iClick, an intranet-based software and services business specializing in producitivity solutions for human resources, benefits, and payroll processes within Fortune 500 companies. iClick was acquired by ProAct Technologies in May 2000.
“Euan has done a superb job of strengthening the operations and the strategic direction of the AMS businesses,” stated AMS Holding Group Chairman Stephen Friedman. “His leadership will help enable the business units to grow and respond to customer needs more effectively.”
