ACE Prof. Risk Appoints Scott Lambert VP Regional Operations; Establishes E&O Team

ACE USA Professional Risk, a part of ACE Diversified Risk, announced the appointment of Scott Lambert as Vice President, Regional Operations with overall responsibility for managing U.S. regional retail operations for ACE USA’s miscellaneous professional liability errors and omissions (E&O) product line, including marketing and underwriting operations.

“He joins Brad Gow, Vice President, technology E&O product management and Paul Dietrich, Assistant Vice President, architects & engineers product management, to form ACE USA Professional Risk’s new Philadelphia regional errors and omissions underwriting team,” said the bulletin.

ACE USA Professional Risk is the operating unit within ACE USA, which distributes Management Liability, Professional Liability and Professional Liability Programs through retail brokers throughout the U.S. and Canada.

“Scott, Brad and Paul’s demonstrated expertise, strategic vision and strong leadership qualities will ensure the continued growth of this specialty area,” stated Clint Johnson, Senior Vice President, ACE USA Professional Risk. “With the addition of Scott, the combined breadth of experience and underwriting talent of the ACE USA Professional Risk Regional E&O team ensures they are uniquely positioned to offer specialty errors and omissions products and services.”

Lambert brings more than 17 years of diverse insurance experience to ACE USA. He joins the company from American International Group, where he spent ten years, most recently serving as Assistant Vice President, Eastern Zone Manager, with responsibility for managing the East Coast and Canadian Professional Liability regional operations for National Union. He has extensive underwriting experience in professional liability, Internet and technology exposures. He also spent several years in claims management, including overseeing a litigation unit.
