This may not be applicable to MIIX. If medical malpractice insurance companies are the beneficiaries of tort reform, that reform could assist them with claims on or after the date of tort reform but would do we do about the med mal writers that were banking on double digit investment yields and got the post-9/11 yields instead?
This group of corrupt business people have been making up lies from day one when they went public. It disgusts anyone who knows anything about this organization that they can form MIIX Advantage to “take advantage” of more doctors while reaping millions of dollars again!@
