    Consumer…Company…agent last. How can you bid rig and live with it? Steering is a “nice” word…We all like better commisions and contingencies. But from what I have read, bid rigging is deplorable and could filter down to the basic street level agent. Marsh thought of it first and now some are seeing potential. Gotta stop it…but how? Contingency should be based on “possible” outcome, not definite marketing “shove. Bid riggin is criminal.
